How to Book a Tour

• Fill in the booking form below. Make sure your personal information is entered exactly as printed in your passport

• We will send you an itemised invoice for payment including all payment methods available (Paypal, credit card and bank transfer)

• Your booking is confirmed once our payment gateway issues and emails an updated invoice outlining the payments received and the amounts outstanding (if any). Please note, bank transfers may take up to two business day to clear

• To secure your spot in the tour; initially, you only need to pay the deposit. The outstanding balance is due at least sixty days before the start of the tour (refer to Terms and Conditions)

• Please email a copy of your passport (as soon as your booking is confirmed) and a copy of your comprehensive insurance for your trip (at least thirty days before departure)
